Setting up Windows Live Mail 2011 (Windows Vista / Windows 7)
First open up Windows Live Mail from the start menu, usually listed under ‘All Programs’.

Once open, up at the top click on the ‘Accounts’ menu.
To add a new email account, click on the +Email icon.
Type in your full email address, password, and then your name (However you’d like it displayed)
Make sure both checkboxes are checked, and then click next.

Now, it asks for the server information. For both the Incoming and the Outgoing server addresses,
you want to type: mail.cass.net. Only check the box that says ‘Requires Authentication’.
All the other information can remain the same, then hit ‘Next’ at the bottom.

Now just click ‘Finish’, your email is set up, and ready to go.
